Researchers found that Lotte Duty Free posted messages on Weibo were not only about monotonous information which about its stores; Messages of Lotte Duty Free on Weibo combined its celebrity spokesperson, travel information, and skin care knowledge with its products, special promotions and events to attract interest and attention from users of Weibo and its followers. This feature made followers more likely to commend and give feedback under each message. For example, there was a message about the list of necessary products of holiday (see picture 2.3 and 2.4).
