Followed by a detailed analysis of the operation case, the key purpose of this paper is to provide recommendations.
As identified in this paper, there are several factors triggering issues across and affecting the operations of Ellos. Factors with maximum impact are inclusive of external integration and growth of the subsidiaries, renewed offering of product, organic growth, development of e- commerce, and attraction of new talents, and motivation of employee teams. There has been a use of theories and concepts of operations management for the analysis of areas of problem, while being served as a fundamental base of this research.
