This could be a problem for the company. There should be more importance given to the organization to develop messages for each indigenous community. This would make them resonate with the brand. In the video, there were discussions about how the employees of the company are not weaning colours. This was even mention of the word prison like feeling. This can be handled if the employees are given more autonomy over what to wear. This factor can be considered by the management to create newer inclusive employee attire policy (Shields et al., 2015). Having uniforms might have benefits, but the employee can wear accessories to show that they are employees.
