The result of negotiation planning the group has reorganised the communication tactics and our BATNA which is our strategic bargaining towards negotiator in unexpected situations to ensure that the team participate in the critical negotiation without lacks of information and a turning point in consultation. In analytical thinking, the group looks upon on Hofstede’s theory as a part of negotiation strategies to determine the way of identifying the personal position in particular culture and tradition. This approach can help the team understood what and how are they going to deal with our goals which are creating the business relationship in the long terms according to Hofstede’s theory suggested that which culture as a group of people can be suitable to work with or avoid cooperating.
However, after searching the characteristics of negotiators the team can also think of Kluckhloln and Strodtbecks’ theory which allows the team can use this deep insight of human nature to analyse the communicated behaviour and responses.
