As part of the JAD methodology, meetings were conducted in order to ensure all group members had a chance to communicate their progress, their concerns and also raise issues of doubts on the work. The first internal meeting of the JAD workgroup was that of the divisions of the workload and also a meet on how the report must be structured. This was a summary meeting that enabled everybody to voice out their opinions on workload divisions. We did not have any previous meeting agenda to discuss as it was our first meet, but we were able to bring in concerns from when we got the work assigned.

The second and third meetings were on the strategic plans used and also whether each of the member was on the right track. Workload distribution was also discussed from time to time and in the near end meets, the deliverable that had to be presented by everybody including the recommendations and more were considered.
