The basic unit of this smart home network would be a family with a single home controller and several terminal modules. The home controller would be eventually used for conveying the information over very long distances through and via PSTN and this would also be used for controlling each and every terminal module. Each and every Terminal module would contain a sensor and each and every sensor would get incorporated with wireless communication capability. The sensors connected to the system would be able to communicate with terminal modules.
