Now this category of leadership style consists of 3 different types of leadership styles. These comprise the democratic leadership style, authoritarian leadership style, and laissez faire leadership style (Porter, 2012). Let us discuss these three also in detail. The first is the authoritarian style of leadership. This style of leadership consists of the situation where the leader is very determined that how the work needs to be done and he believes in ordering the employees of how the work needs to be done. The leader is very adamant here in how the work needs to be completed and do not entertain to give the authority to anyone else.
