If the work to be completed has a longer span and if the worker is less in number, then the HR management team would employ several newly skilled labors as permanent staffs or long times employees on a yearly basis. The long term employees would be paid either less or more depending on the work and time basis along with the requirement. This hiring process would also include referrals on specific jobs.
