Motivating employees, appreciating employees can be learned but dominancy is a trait that is in born and that helps a person to be a good leader in certain circumstances. Transformational leadership calls for the leader to be creative and give subordinates challenges that develop their creativity. Motivating employees is also a significant trait of transformational leadership.
