The objectives of this research are :To understand the notions of concrete labor and abstract labor that have been proposed by Marx and critically investigate these theories. To probe into the notions of Labor theory of Value and understand the significance of these arguments in the current dynamics and in the modern socio-economic landscape. In this literature review, there is discussion about the notions of the economists who inspired Marx has been discussed in the following. From this, there has been discussion of the various theories that have been postulated by Marx.
