The objective of this change was outlined by the team of senior manager with a consideration over initiative number that can help in generating the market share increase. The change will begin from purchasing and installing a fired oven with wood in an adjacent manner with other restaurants such the Café of summers and re-imaging the restaurant of spring by introducing their menus of food and beverages.
The main aim of launching again lies in the fact that the resort wants to thank all the involved stakeholders for this project as they have helped in securing the increased new menu exposure to the customers in the present and the future. Buying, installing and re-launching a food menu that will be followed by 2 separate restaurants of the same resort is not an easy task. This will involve the personnel in the internal organization environment and the stakeholders in the external organization environment (Starsoft, 2007)
