In order to maintain its restaurant of Spring, the resort of Hillscape will have to make its restaurant for semi fine dining purpose. The objective of this change was outlined by the team of senior manager with a consideration over initiative number that can help in generating the market share increase. The change will begin from purchasing and installing a fired oven with wood in an adjacent manner with other restaurants such the Café of summers and re-imaging the restaurant of spring by introducing their menus of food and beverages.
The main aim of launching again lies in the fact that the resort wants to thank all the involved stakeholders for this project as they have helped in securing the increased new menu exposure to the customers in the present and the future. Buying, installing and re-launching a food menu that will be followed by 2 separate restaurants of the same resort is not an easy task. This will involve the personnel in the internal organization environment and the stakeholders in the external organization environment (Starsoft, 2007)
This section will provide the answer to the fact that who will be responsible for the management and administration for several plan elements. In addition, the consultation and the plan involvement for the resorts internal and external stakeholders will be given.
The strategy of communication for internal stakeholders will be through meetings and emails sent to all the employees. The strategy of communication for the external stakeholders will be through website intimation and email notifications. The customers however will be communicated through advertising strategy (Miller, 2008)
