Each of these civilizations has enabled the people to make choices that reflect upon the different civilizations that had lived in the region in the different era. The naturally occurring healthier food options are discarded in this paradigm. These have caused the people to shift their ideologies to cause them to feel a change in their quality of life. There is a change in the paradigm that is observed. In the future, there must be research undertaken to convince the people about the healthier food choices. These can stem from changing the presentation and the marketing communication to the people. These are the important allusions that have been made in these research findings. The limitation of this finding is that it is based on data which is available. More research is needed to address these gaps in findings and to present the data in a more comprehensive manner.
