The requisite of finding the right environment was fulfilled. I ensured that there was proper seating to simply talk and understand about the candidate. There was importance given to maintaining eye contact and ensuring positive body languages. More importance was given to the candidate demeanour. Assessment of the candidate started form the minute she entered the room. I decided that the questions should be unstructured open-ended questions. This way there can be more talk from the candidate. I can understand and assess the candidate better only if they speak. More importance was given as to how the personality of the candidate was during the interview. People skills are an integral job description and hence there was gauging of weather the candidate met those terms that was required. The interview report will analyse about the two factors. One will be analysis of the candidate performance from a technical skills and the other is analysis of the personal people skills.
From reviewing of the job description it was found that the candidate has had the necessary requisite technical skills to meet the requirements of the company. From a personal standpoint she seemed to have the confidence to succeed and will be a good fit for the company. She has a degree in business administration. IT was found during the course of finding the candidate that it was very difficult to find a candidate that had the right skills that Jillian and the company wanted. Thomas was also a valuable asset to the company in this situation it has been found that Isabelle will be a good fit for the company. From analysis of the skills of the candidate it was found that the overall demeanour of the candidate was positive. She ensured that there was a positive vibration and also ensured that she was being led. I would say that this candidate has the necessary skills to perform well in the job. To conclude I would say that by hiring Isabella all the stakeholders of the company will be benefitted in the process.
