Sometimes, the parents of the girl also agree for the marriage in order to preserve the honour of their family. The practices determine a negative impact on the health and mind of the girl and women. In some cultures, son is more preference in some cultures. The process of socialization for girls and boys are designed deliberately to pervade the inferiority among the girls and superiority among the boys. The girls are also forced to leave their schools and do not get complete primary and secondary education. The preferences are more given to the male child, which shows that the human rights are being violated (Human Rights, 2017). It can be stated that the issues are compounded by the traditional education system that compels restrictions on the girls to get access to the advanced education levels. The culture and traditional practices restrict the growth of the girls. Males are positioned as higher in the society and the inferiority is being made for the females.
In the society, men are given more importance than women, which shows the differences in them. The traditional practice and cultures are imposing a significant threat to the rights of the women. The risks of vagueness endanger the identity and essence of the concepts and cause misinterpretations that lead to the negation of the problem. Women are neglected in many circumstances. They are not provided with equal rights. The people in the society view both the genders equally and girls have the rights to live their life in their own way. Women are affected mentally and physically, which shows the violation of the human rights (Wild, 2010).
The benefits of incorporating the culture and the traditions as a force to limit the human lives can be easily explained in the form of illustrating the effects that are reviewed as indicated by the implementation made. According to the Articles 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the incorporation of this is being made establishing the following:
For maintaining security and the international peace.
For the purpose of achieving the international co-operation for the purpose of solving the problems in the form of the social and the cultural. It also enables in encouraging the respect for the human rights and also the fundamental freedom can be easily made.
The participation restriction on the basis of the men and the women must be removed for the purpose of establishing gender equality in the society (Scherer, 2010).
Appropriate full employee and the conditions of the economic and the social progress must be made for the development.
