The Christmas is the greatest festival which is being celebrated with very pomp and pleasure in Australia. People come to visit the Opera House, the Zoo and the Rocks which are the most important location and people and visitors are crazy for going to these places.Australia is the center of business and people of the different profession often come to Australia for a stay of a day or two. Sydney is a very popular place for business as well as pleasure holidays. The locations of the four hotels are all near to the Opera House and the Harbor (Hall & Page., 2012). The railway station is also nearby to avail the train to different locations. The visitors are, therefore, felt comfortable in taking accommodation in these hotels. The four hotels have its franchise in the different parts of Australia, who act passively as the competitor of these hotels. The Financial report shows that the revenue earned by the hotels are more or less satisfactory as it has to move on through the period of recession, which has a great impact on the travel habits of the people.
People at this period of time are only in the habit of traveling for business. Gradually, the bad time has been recovered and people are making amateur traveling out of curiosity to see a new place, which is influencing the hotel business in a positive way.Hotel Larica has targeted the Australian market for the hotel business, as after the recession period, Australia has flourished a lot in business, technology and every other field. The employees and staffs are also available from the locals who have the flair of working in the public relation services and hospitality industries. There are many colleges that are producing hotel management graduates every year, which has made the availability of the trained staffs for the hotel business.
