An analysis of the Utah Games was conducted and based on the analysis, some insights were gathered and recommendations are made. In terms of research objectives, the objective of understanding how customer satisfaction could turn into increased student registration at the University must have been analyzed for. This information would be useful for improving the games organization for the future. The information would also be useful for ensuring the key objectives of the research are met. The research project will be assessed based on a series of questions. The research objectives, the adequacy of research method design, research method use, the data analysis and inferences are all considered in the assessments. Recommendations are then made to the sponsoring organization, by identification of what aspect of the research project has been done well or would require improvements in order for the sponsoring organization to make their future decisions better.
