To effectively develop new pedagogical approach, the approaches that are currently practiced should be developed. Any new pedagogical approaches should stem from the fundamental approach of teaching. Smaller changes within this approach can bring real positive changes in the society. It should be expected that there will be gradual changes in the ideology of the people. This research attempts to create a new dynamic situation where there is fundamental ideological change. This cannot be achieved in a day.
For real progress in the empowerment and development of women, there is a need to adhere to certain principles. Reformation, empowerment through education, building the community, allowing forums for women to voice their opinion and changing the traditional pedagogical views can allow empowerment of women. By fostering changes and brining in leadership in women, it has been found that women have more control over their household. They participate in making key decisions such as economy of the household, health and also helps in deciding about the education of the women. Success of a country depends on the successful functioning of the household. To bring in real change, there should be changes brought in the individual household. For this, education in adolescent girls who are still understanding about the macro environmental factors are essential. Owing to this, there should be focus on developing the adolescent and the children in the society.
Purpose of this research will be looking into ways that make women empowered and take up leadership role. Nigeria already has a number of successful women in the societies. It has been found that strong patriarchy is impeding women from reaching their individual goals. Women are taught to accept patriarchy at an early age. By changing this ideology, real changes can be developed in the societies. For this, it has been suggested that forming newer pedagogical approach stems from the current approaches practiced by the people. This will lead to more fruitful results in society.
Possible risks of the approaches are that they will not cause any impact. Nevertheless, the solutions proposed in this research are dynamics. It will be adaptable and agile. It will be manoeuvred to cause changes and bring in more women leadership in the societies. It is expected that this research will be used as one of the researches in framing newer approaches in teaching within the Nigerian communities.
