They had trained the individuals to retain information. Both the teams were given tools to perform. Making them learn through learning through books method. It is one such example where they tried to make the planes equal (Vallat-Azouvi, Pradat-Diehl, & Azouvi, 2012).. However it was found that people in the same age demography which group was able to perform better. This shows that training programs can be effective. However it should be noted that the sample size is small and no training program can be proven with scientific certainty. The results could have varied under different classification. From this it can be said with certainty that students who played video games performed weaker than their counterparts. It was ensured in this training that all the relevant ethical consideration like consent, no prejudice of researchers was observed. This can be used as a main point to develop further research and insights. The fundamental reason for the researchers to undertake the test was to ensure if the people performed better with distractions. Observation, documentation and SPSS analysis of the data confirmed that trained minds performed better.
Most of the research is focused on healthy young adult minds and children. However the effects of research on senior citizens also proved that the memory training programs are indeed effective. Except a few filters the members were from varied ethnicity, gender and also from different economic backgrounds. Only age and health of the participants were considered in this analysis. Hence this study can prove to be a reliable source of information to show that training programs are indeed effective. For this one particular research data is used and developed for this purpose. The limitation of this results was that it was not possible to generalize the impact of the working memory model in different individuals rather it was found to be useful in developing new insights about working memory in seniors. The effectiveness of the working training programs and concepts of recapitulation, memory development training programs depends on the health, micro and macro environmental effects of individuals. From this research it can be understood that the people benefitted when there is no distractions to learning. Some of the modern day digital tools cause disruptions to the learning patterns of individuals.
