This is because of the western nation’s intervention to provide stability in the region. The country has its law and order issues in some places (Gupta et al., 2013). But the government is providing efforts to rebuild the nation and is generally welcoming of newer investors and trade into the area. Hence the market barrier for a new company to enter into the markets is lesser than it was in the previous years. There is a modest growth in the region. Growth is an indicator of the rising of disposable income of the people. This increases the purchase powers of the people who are willing to try newer tastes. The growth rate predicted the fiscal year 2016-2017 is 4.8% and International organizations such as World Bank applauds the efforts of the government to bring in economic growth in to the region (Amjad and Burki, 2015). However private and public investments continue to remain at lower margins. The country is still facing economic backlashes from the political instability of the previous years.
The country is posting modest growth while the looming external threats prevent newer investors to enter into the region (Amjad and Burki, 2015). But the people are willing to try newer tastes and companies such as Nestle has established itself in the region. Owing to these factors it can be forecasted that a new chocolate brand will be welcomed in the region. Pakistan has an exotic culture. The country had gotten its independence in 1947 and there had been significant changes in the culture ever since. There has been mixing and integration of the culture of the place. The people are found to be more accepting to emerging trends. The advent of Internet has caused the people to understand the dynamics of newer culture. The youth demography in particular is found to be more welcoming of the emerging trends. If a new chocolate brand is introduced the people will be willing to buy the product simple to get a taste of the flavour of Australia. Hence from a social perspective the country will be willing to experiment.
