After the end of the training program employees will be asked about the training program and its effectiveness. Feedback forms would only require 30 minutes of employee times.Analysis of the feedback and forming strategic decisions based on the feedback will be one week. The questions in the feedback forms will again be open-ended forms in the case of interpersonal communication training. For technical training there will be structured closed ended questions. Feedback from the employees will be collected at the end of every training module. Performance appraisal of the employee will be conducted before developing of individual coaching plans for the employees. Key performance indices will be developed in the individual coaching plans. Innovative ideas of the employee will be incorporated into the coaching plan of the company.
