Feedback from the employees will be collected at the end of every training module. Performance appraisal of the employee will be conducted before developing of individual coaching plans for the employees. Key performance indices will be developed in the individual coaching plans. Innovative ideas of the employee will be incorporated into the coaching plan of the company.
